The thermometer monitors, you relax: Your meat thermometer signals when your set target temperature is reached. This gives you time to put your feet up or enjoy a leisurely chat with your guests.
Keep an Eye on the Time: Use your thermometer as a timer as well. When the time is up, it will naturally sound an alert - just like an egg timer.
